Maia is kind and respectful.  She always takes pride in her work and has a positive attitude.  Maia enjoys school and interacting with her peers.

 

Laila is a kind and hard working student. She is always eager to help her classmates and her teacher. Laila is a pleasure to have in class! Way to go Laila!

 

David does a great job paying attention both on the carpet and at his desk. He is respectful, and likes to encourage his classmates to do the right thing. 

 

Addy is very safe when interacting with her classmates.  She is also very respectful, making sure everyone gets an equal turn in our learning centers.  Finally Adalynn is responsible with her work and checks to make sure she has it complete and done correctly.

 

She is responsible by being at school on time everyday, has all work completed and papers signed. She is safe by always being aware of her personal space and of others. She is always where she needs to be at school. She uses a  Growth Mindset and never says " I'm done!" She goes above and beyond. She is respectful to her classmates and teachers. You can always hear her saying "please" and "thank you." She models excellent behavior for others.

 

CJ is always safe, respectful and responsible. He has a great attitude and always tries his best. He shows kindness to others every day!

 

Deborah is showing respect and responsibility by following our school and classroom norms.  She respectfully listens to her peers and waits her turn to share her thoughtful ideas with the class.  She is recognized by other teachers throughout the day and through her actions she shows that she knows the "Highlands way": Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe. Way to go Deborah!

 

He has been doing a great job of using his 3 B’s. He is kind to all classmates and a hard worker.

 

 

Juan is a wonderful student. He is at school every day on time and prepared. He follows the 3B’s every day! He always tries his best, is kind and friendly, he is a great listener and is a very active participant in our class.

 

She is an EXCELLENT student.  She always does her work and helps out classmates and even her teacher.  She's smart and a good person. I couldn't ask for a better student!

 

She is always on task and participates in class. She always raises her hand to ask a question and never speaks/blurts out of turn. She comes to class with a positive attitude and is ready to learn. She is a model student!

 

Taurie continually practices being safe, respectful, and responsible inside and outside the classroom. She is fully engaged in class and loves to contribute to our classroom environment. I am very proud of this scholar and can't wait to see how she will continue to grow this school year!

Deisy consistently strives for excellence in all that she does. She is always willing to share her thoughts, ideas, and knowledge with the class. She does her best on all assignments and gladly helps her classmates, always showing kindness and respect. She is a great example to her peers and a wonderful helper to many teachers. It is a joy to have Deisy in our class.

 

Sofia is a very smart, helpful, and sweet person. She loves to learn. She is a great helper around the classroom. Sofia has a calming and friendly personality that helps others around her.  Sofia is a joy to have in room 24.
