Genesis is kind and respectful. She always does her best work and has a positive attitude.

Nathan always comes to class with a smile on his face! His excitement for school and positive attitude is a bright light in the class. He has been working very hard in kindergarten and has learned so much already. Way to go Nathan!

 Gabriel always does a great job listening on the carpet and at his desk. He likes to help friends if they drop something, or just need a hug, he is very caring. Gabriel does a great job of staying focused and doesn't get distracted.

Arion is always in the right mood for learning because he is responsible. He challenges himself to try his best daily.  Arion is respectful to everyone he encounters.  We look to Arion as a mentor of what to do properly if we are lost in our classroom.

Jeremiah has made great gains with his behavior. He is starting to notice others' facial expressions, body language, and listen to words to better help him make the right decisions for himself and to help others. He is starting to ask for help from his peers and adults. He is receiving more compliments from his classmates and adults at Highlands. He is doing a good job at being part of our classroom community and helping our class run smoothly.

Eyden is a kind person.  He is very responsible and a positive role model to other students! 

Kendra has shown incredible patience and resilience this year. She always follows the 3 B's (Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible) and shows kindness to others.

Genesis is working hard and being her best self! She shows responsibility in the classroom by completing all assignments. She shows respect to her peers by offering help to those students that need extra help.  She plays safely on the playground at recess time and is solving conflicts by using i-messages.  Keep up the good work, Genesis! 

Krizzha is a hard worker!  She has been following the 3B's consistently. She gets along well with her classmates and peers.

Mia is an amazing student. She is a hard worker, kind, and respectful. She loves school and loves to learn! She follows the 3B’s, is very helpful, and always has a positive attitude.

Alexander has been slowly coming out of his shell and participating more in class. He might not be the first one to finish an assignment but he always finishes by trying his best!

Stella is an amazing student. She excels at everything she does: math, language arts, PE, everything! She's bright and a born leader.

Uriel is always on task, never speaks out of turn and is always willing to help his fellow peers or myself. 

Hector continually practices being safe, respectful, and responsible inside and outside the classroom. He always tries his best to be fully engaged in class and loves to contribute to our classroom discussion in every subject. I am very proud of this scholar and can't wait to see how he will continue to grow both emotionally and academically this school year.

Mykai is a great student. He always participates and often contributes good ideas to classroom discussions/activities. He currently serves as alternate student council rep for Room 17.

Brianna is a bit shy but I have noticed since being in our rise up group she's really started sharing more, coming out of her shell and she shows up with such a positive attitude every time. She is a great listener and mindful friend!

Kevin is persevering by asking for help and participating. His listening skills are improving, the frequency of his "shout-outs" have decreased considerably, he is respectful with his words and actions!

Izzy listens well and participates with a good attitude in all classroom activities. She works well with classmates and completes her homework on time. She is a very insightful reader. When she is struggling to understand, she asks for help, and has even stayed in from recess to get extra help!

Alba is a terrific young learner. She tries her best on her work and appreciates those she works with in partner groups or teams  Alba is friendly and soft spoken which puts folks at ease.  It is wonderful to have Alba in Room 24.

James is not only very bright and hardworking but he makes good choices for his study habits, leadership and friendships.
