Wyatt is eager to share and loves movement activities!  He knows all of his letters and sounds and sight words.  He is sounding out words and reading.  He is very social and concerned about how his friends are feeling.  Wyatt has improved on focusing during Zoom.  Nice work Wyatt!

Zyler has been attending every zoom, and he does so with a smile on his face.  He participates all of the time, and his teacher can see him learning every day.  He always turns in his independent work, and does it with great care.  He is always kind and respectful to his peers, and a very proud and sweet big brother to his little sisters.  Mrs. O is so proud of Zyler, and knows he he will do amazing things in second grade, just like he has in first grade.

Jaxon shows up to zoom every day ready to learn.  He always has all of his supplies within reach and is always prepared.  He is respectful to Mrs. Pena and to his classmates, and always raises his hand to speak.  Jaxon is very responsible, as he completes all of his assignments and always tries his best.  He loves to participate in class and is not afraid to try!  He shows up to class with a positive attitude and is always ready to learn!  Awesome job Jaxon!

Angelina always has her camera on, on time, and turns in her homework. She has been finding her voice through the chat and slowly has been even sharing outloud!  Ms. Guardado can really tell she is trying even when it makes  her uncomfortable.

Renzo is always willing to participate while answering questions, reading aloud, or explaining how he figured something out.  He consistently turns in all of his daily assignments and takes pride in his work.  He's always smiling, is cheerful, and is a pleasure to have in class!

Jesus has had great participation in class the last few weeks.  He is sharing his ideas and thoughts in all subjects.  He is super positive, with a great sense of humor, and his teacher really enjoys listening to his stories, especially around his family's chickens.

Danny has an amazing attitude in class.  He is always volunteering to read and share his thoughts in classroom discussions.  Danny makes very insightful observations about class reading, and is able to support his opinions and predictions with evidence from the text.  In Math, Danny volunteers to solve problems and asks questions when in doubt.  Danny has also improved greatly in the area of completing his assignments.  Keep up the good work Danny!
